Year-long series objectives:

  • Develop the skills to collaboratively build an inclusive professional community.
  • Provide professional development skills to enhance communication, mentorship, teaching, and promotion opportuniites. 
  • Ensure our professional community has the knowledge of core competencies of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
  • Learn how to create a culture of inclusion by spotting inequitites and responding effectively.
  • Identify sources of bias and learn approaches that leverages your privilege to eliminate micro- and macro-inequities.
