Year-long series objectives:
- Develop the skills to collaboratively build an inclusive professional community.
- Provide professional development skills to enhance communication, mentorship, teaching, and promotion opportuniites.
- Ensure our professional community has the knowledge of core competencies of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
- Learn how to create a culture of inclusion by spotting inequitites and responding effectively.
- Identify sources of bias and learn approaches that leverages your privilege to eliminate micro- and macro-inequities.
