- Send an email including your name, affiliation and a brief explanation of your request to Gina Gaiser, [email protected].
- The first hour of consultation is free and is used to develop a scope of work document, timeline, and project plan to be reviewed and approved by all parties.
- When confirmed, the client provides a chart string to pay for agreed-upon services.
Recharge Policy
The first hour of consultation is free. Afterward, services are billed on a recharge basis at $145/hour for staff consultants. UCSF projects using non–industry-sponsored funds are billed at the internal rate. Industry-sponsored, affiliate, and external client projects are charged the full cost of service plus 26% indirect costs.
