Process to request services

If you are interested in developing an online course or training or would like a consultation about online learning options, please:

  • Send an email including your name, affiliation and a brief explanation of your request to Gina Gaiser, [email protected].
  • Once we receive your request, we will set up a 15-minute meeting via Zoom and/or we will ask you for more information via email.
  • The first hour of consultation is free and is used to develop a scope of work document, timeline, and project plan to be reviewed and approved by all parties.
  • When confirmed, the client submits a request through Consultation Services and provides a chart string to pay for agreed-upon services.
