Advancing biomedical data science: Leveraging ChatGPT for genomics data and testing data-driven hypotheses post-clustering

My research centers on bringng statistical insights and understanding to the pratice of modern data science. I will cover two projects related to this research vision. The first part will feature how ot leverage large language models (LLMs) suh as ChatGPT for genomic data discovery. The second part will cover valed tests for testing data-driven hypotheses post-clustering.
