SPOKE is a biomedical semantic knowledge network containing millions of concepts and relationships, empowering many applications in research and clinical medicine. In this talk, Dr.Baranziniwill describe one such application which involves the development of deep, individualized medical profiles that could be used as features in machine learning pipelines to predict clinical outcomes.
