Although accurately measuring malaria is essential, many current measurements of burden in high transmission settings are unreliable. This dissertation talk will present novel methods using health facility data to estimate malaria incidence, generate maps of risk, and evaluate the impact of control interventions including indoor residual spraying of insecticides in Uganda.
